A barley pepper bread. Rough blend the barley and mix it with flour to make a 'seedy style dough', try out the pepper in the oven a bit and use to top the bread. Add some garlic and spice. Make it a high ish hydration dough with medium oil.

I mean, if you apply for a bakery job I would use this on the cv. Hell if I was interviewing you and asked about you as a person I would value the effort and skill of this baking.

    Hi.

I hope my attempt at cooking some oven fried tofu and rice counts. I'm calling it a tofu Biryani but that's a bit of liberty.

240g extra firm tofu 25g olive oil 30g Biryani spices 20g soy sauce 5 Henderson's sause Pack Indian curry easy cook rice

    Serves two big eaters (me)

Tofu graited and cook in the air fryer then cooked together with the rice.

Don't know if this is good enough to post

Here is my brand new (second hand) Elegoo Mars 3 printer.

I've had some experience with FDM but this is my first time with resin.

    Current progress:

    • Brought a VOC face mask and nitrile gloves. Do I need UV glasses?
    • ordered soy based resin and a wash/cure station
    • installed and found chitubox slicer isn't great
    • don't understand plug drilling and hollowing
    • plan to paint mimi's from it. Advice on painting resin?

I know some of this is basic but I felt it might promt interesting conversation.
