I hated Brussels.. it was so depressing. I took the high-speed train from Amsterdam.. my introduction to the city was stepping into Midi Station, which smelled like a urinal. The sheer number of homeless people was shocking. No one cared about them either, they were sat on the ground surrounded by garbage π
