This is actually the original that was then remade and now the original is being reposted again/still.

Kinda sick of it tbf because "an artery blockage" is not the heart. A burger performing heart surgery would make more sense.

Gold, just came out of 55h fasting. Hopefully it cleaned out some junk inside my filthy insides
