Get well soon, Scooter!
post
we adopted a cat who had the same issue - also the worst our vet had seen. but a year on, and completely toothless, she's got a very healthy, pain free mouth, and is a happy little bundle of fluff. hope scooter's recovery goes just as smoothly!
Our cat that we adopted had already had a full extraction. He also has a sensitive tummy and the only food that the shelter found worked was some special sensitive hard food. He doesn’t seem to have any problem with the hard food!

Poor scooter! My Pandora had tooth extraction surgery this year too because she has an autoimmune disorder attacking her teeth. I hope scooter adjusts well to toothless life and is not in pain anymore.
