Fifth circuit hitting on a "broken clock is right twice a day" kind of ruling

Not to worry, on appeal the conservative-majority Supreme Court will continue to make the “Categorically” wrong ruling. One can only hope the future will look back and turn their opinions into discount printed toilet paper sooner rather than later
