It’s also not helping I’m taking steroids to help fight off a sinus infection either. 🥴

Good luck with the sinus infection. That shit suuuucks. Drink lots of water and rest.

    Thanks, and you aren’t kidding… I waited a month before going in, under the hopes my immune system would work, it’s apparently on a vacation lol. Also seems this is the season for them, according for the doctor in urgent care.

    If you use a neti pot or bottle, use two salt packets. The extra salty saline helps draw water out of your nasal tissue which helps with swelling

    I had sinus as a kid, it was torture. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.
