    ikr, I think there's still a bad image of ltt here. Understandably, tbh I'm not sure if I'll continue watching them unless there's a major change in the way they produce content

    Idk man I just found a post where someone asked for an explanation of something racist and people just respectfully answered instead of dog piling and downvoting. This site is infinitely better than r/corporatetrash

    I am glad that they did stop for a week or so to address the issues internally, though I'm concerned that many of the changes they made either won't be effective or will be forgotten in 6 months. I would love to be positively surprised though.

    Processes that won't be effective is a possibility, and will require continued retrospectives and evaluations to ensure efficacy.

    Forgotten, probably not, especially if it is transcribed into standard operating procedures. When turned into policy, there's an auditable process to ensure that policies are followed and in compliance.
