While I get that others are grossed out by it, this looks fucking delicious to me.

While I agree with you, and I do dearly love garlic, I feel obligated to give you a word of caution:

If you eat too much roasted garlic, for the next 24-48 hours, every room you enter will smell like garlic, your sweat will smell like garlic, your farts (and there will be many) will smell like garlic, and your poop will smell like garlic. It will not be a pleasant experience.

Don't ask me how I know this.

I found this out the hard and still have no regrets.

I had PT one day after going HARD on some garlic.

No biggie, it's running outside, right?

It rained and we did buddy workouts in a gym instead, after some laps around the court. And it was hot af inside, because, obviously.

    Sorry, bro.

I'm pissed they wouldn't at least do a bit of fork smashing and spread the roasted garlic around. That shits gonna be falling all over the place. Terrible plating.

I think that you've accidentally created a variant of mujdei, a traditional Romanian garlic sauce which every household does slightly differently.

Yeah... But why didn't they cut the hard bits off the end of the garlics?! I would be upset if I was him too. No one wants hard chunks on their garlic garlic garlic bread.

That would be delicious. Some cracked black pepper and sea salt. Butter or olive oil for sure.

If those are roasted or caramelized that looks fucking delicious. I can never get enough of those little fuckers on my pizza.

With a chicken broth as a starter it's not so bad

This is a train wreck trying to pass itself off as a Lamborghini. No oil, no butter, they are not roasted nor cooked nor prepared correctly (all the hard ends still on). Roast the garlic, make a paste with oil, salt and pepper and then you may be a bit closer to heaven.

Searched comments from the other one complaining that this looks like a brain.

Now I'm sad, and eat a garlic bread.
