One sticker says Helen Keller isn't real and the other one says Helen Keller punched him in the face.

So which is it

This looks to be a joke but Helen Keller denialism isn't really new. People have speculated (almost certainly incorrectly) that Anne Sullivan, Helen's teacher/companion, was actually behind all of Helen's accomplishments and that Helen wasn't actually capable of communication at all for quite a while.

These bumper stickers are marketing for a podcast, I don't remember which. They are satire.
