Afaik, you can't block the entire instance yet, although some frontends or apps gives you ability to do that

it depends on the app you are using, sync and connect can. maybe others app have this functionality too, but idk

The ability to do this would solve a lot of the defederation drama that Lemmy is currently going through. This has got to be high up on the devs’ priority list.

I'd also support this ngl. I'm trying to defederate from Hexbear as a bit but I don't understand the github.
