Not a good midterm strategy? Like it matters, magats are already busy manipulating the election and let’s not forget: even if they are fair, at least a good third will always, whatever happens, vote for him and his cronies.

i’m starting to suspect by how quiet the magats have gotten

that many realize no one likes them and they deserve to burn, and that they’ve lost complete control as predicted

fuck you maga fucks eat my ass!!!

Many of his "strategies" have been declared "wrong," yet look where he is. He's a symptom of America's illness, not the cause.

    He. Is. Not. Leaving.

Why is this so hard for people to accept? There is literally overwhelming evidence.

What's the long term on that strategy though? The guy has no life left in him and is failing as a cult.

Even he can't be stupid enough to think his sons or whomever he left an illegitimate third term presidency to wouldn't just get torn apart or shot by the secret service.

He is leaving. Sooner than he'd like.

He got rich this term. He'll just make a surprise move to Russia and die watching our courts try to fix his shit.

Cut all the taxes. No more taxes for anybody. We'll rely entirely on borrowing to fund the Federal government, why not. We'll raise money by selling bonds. How we gonna pay the interest on those bonds? Sell more bonds. Forever and ever and ever. Easy. Foolproof.

Interestingly debt and inflation are taxes.

You could get rid of all the explicit taxes and make them implicit instead.

This is a dishonest and terrible idea for so many reasons, but the hurr sure would probably vote for it because hey I’m not paying taxes because they think inflation is controlled by magical fairies but taxes are an oppressive government.

    We’re so cooked by stupid.

Yeah they'll complain either way. Americans want public services (even if they claim they don't) but they don't want to have to pay for them. And so here we are.

This kind of makes me think we should just tax corporations at a high rate and leave people out of it.

Like why not just collect all the taxes prior to payout? It should be the same amount of money but the vast majority of people will feel like they aren’t being taxed.

Business owners will hate it but honestly they probably wouldn’t pay any more in taxes, it’s just changing the point of collection.

    Why wouldn’t this work?

Yah Nah, always always give the rich a break. The elections in the states are not fair lol, the population has some influence but not power.

And yet... And yet... And yet... Basically every Trump news in the last decade. USA you are lost. I thought he's gonna coup the midterms first, but he won't even need to do this.
