Now that the EU is blocking regulated exchanges from dealing in privacy coins like Monero, what are remaining ways to buy Monero?

Bitpapa.com worked in the past, but is increasingly malfunctioning for me. Are there any alternatives?

Not that it fundamentally solves the problem, but you could buy well known coins, exchange that to Monero on coin exchanges.

    I was referring to how you still can't buy them directly, and the method I mentioned above would be a sort of workaround.
