Is it just me it is that too many rules, too complicated?

    The scoring rules feel pretty complicated, but the base game is fun and easy to pick up! It's basically just "how many words can you make with these letters, always using the one letter" (Spelling Bee style) but the letters don't have infinite uses, so it's a shorter game.
