Europe deserves it.
Europe has 450 million people/users that are using/buying american tech goods and services. That revenue made from Europeans need to be taxed according to European laws. The so called threats of tariffs are only in Europe´s benefit bringing Europe one step closer to produce and sell its own tech goods and services. We should be thankful for the reminder.

Oh yeah, EU and Spain need so much stuff bying from the US, only makes that US citizen pay 100% more for EU stuff, they need, eg machinery for manufacturing microchips, which are patented and manufactured in the Netherlands. Meanwhile the EU trading with China, Canada, Taiwan, India and building the Southern Common Market, which will be the worldwide biggest trading zone in history.
