Apparently Arsenal don't have FFP issues but we do have cash issues. Basically the Rice deal has tied our hands in terms of being able to make up front payment for deals. And we're hesitant to take out another loan.

So we're trying to sell as much as we can to raise cash in order to fund our next purchase (RW, etc).
