• 3 oz white wine
  • 2 oz campari
  • 2 orange wheels
  • top with soda water

Mix in the glass with some ice.

Had a little bit of white wine left, and I wanted to see if there was some good cocktail to use it. I'm not sure that's really the kind of drink I like, it mostly tasted like diluted campari (which I guess it is). But I could see it working on a really hot day!

I have been having campari and orange also known as a Garibaldi. Delicious

I've made this, but it just tasted like grapefruit juice to me?

Did you mix it? I just pour the campari over ice and then top with orange juice. I also love grapefruit juice

Do you enjoy a negroni sbagliato? It's nearly the same flavors, just a bit more concentrated due to using prosecco for the bubbles instead of separate soda water. It calls for sweet vermouth, too, but if it's a sweet prosecco dry vermouth works as well.
