The reality is, Apple Succeeded by lying about their stability, people thought they couldn't get viruses, and people wiling to overlook their f***-ups.

Here in Australia, a week before Boot camp was released, i actually showed a national sales manager how we got Windows running on a Mac mini, and told him how it would be a great transition technology. He basically tried to make me look like an idiot in front of customers in our showroom.

A week later, boot camp was released. The same guy returned, and was repeating all the same arguments I made a week ago, and was proud of them, acting like Apple's was brilliant. I got no apology. I should have called him out at the time, burnt my bridges and demanded an apology.

The things Microsoft and Google did are honestly less bad than honestly. Apple blatantly lied about a lot of things, stood on stage and pretended like they had full rights to multitouch, and they had invented it.

In fact, Microsoft bailed out Apple in 1997, and the moment they started recovering, they treated Microsoft like crap
