Bug: on the messages screen, when there's no messages, tapping the refresh button brings up the filters instead of refreshing (programming.dev)

Honestly I'm not sure that that button is even necessary.

I did that on purpose to make the user aware that if the content is empty they might need to change the filters. I guess that's confusing, so I will think of another solution like a snackbar message at the bottom. Thanks.
