As a starting point, the burning of fossil fuels, and to a lesser extent deforestation and release of methane are responsible for the warming in recent decades: Graph of temperature as observed with significant warming, and simulated without added greenhouse gases and other anthropogentic changes, which shows no significant warming

The wealthy will just put a giant climate control bubble over the relevant regions of France to protect their interests ..

Luxury in general is booming.

Why ? Because inequalities are booming which means the poor are getting poorer but the rich are also getting richer and they are sitting their money on overpriced champagne.
