I have the setting that marks a post read when scrolling. Now I want to automatically hide read posts so I don't see the same content. Is this possible in Sync?

You can manually hide as the other commenter described but I haven't found anything to automatically hide read posts, yet.

    Click the 3 dots in the top right corner from the front page and the option should be there
