As a parent... I feel this. Well, I remember feeling this. My small beings are a bit larger now and more autonomous :]

Still exhausted though. :|

I had some struggles with consciousness persisting until I learned about the cognitive shuffle technique.

So if this is you, look up cognitive shuffling. Doesn't work for everybody but worth a try.

Is the smaller being the child?
