No but see now you get to pee, which feels good. It's just a bonus!

everyone immediately jumps to claiming diabetes but i wonder if it's also just a high metabolism thing, like i eat like a horse even if i'm just sitting in front of the pc all day (and i don't gaint weight) and considering that it takes water to digest food it would make sense that i just inherently need more water.

whereas someone who eats like half a burger per day should sensibly feel barely any need to drink

This is me except I'm usually not thirsty, I just have bad self control if I have a drink near me. Doesn't matter if I'm thirsty or not, I'll compulsively drink water until it's all gone. I've nearly given myself water intoxication a few times lol

Put a pinch Himalayan salt in your water. If you're drinking a lot of water but still thirsty and peeing a lot it usually means you're low on electrolytes.

It could also be untreated diabetes. So that's fun. But it's not the most likely reason you're peeing a lot. Just a possible reason.

Also it doesn't need to be Himalayan salt. Literally any salt will do. I keep no sugar propel around and use at least one a day.
