Most Tom Cardy stuff but id recommend close up magician for a decent but weird song
post
The one most people would probably find the weirdest is Pepper Coyote - no cock like horse cock
Cabinet Man by Lemon Demon
Country Death Song by the Violent Femmes. It's banjos and a proper upbeat hoe-down vibe alongside lyrics talking about crushing poverty and killing one of your children so you can afford to feed the others and ends with the narrator hanging themselves. It's bleak as fuck and very not my normal jam, but somehow it grew on me and I love it.
Bonus: Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult. Just a song about Godzilla smashing up Tokyo set to some pretty fun music.

Game sound tracks (Frank Klepacki).
-
Violin covers of movie themes and game soundtracks (Taylor Davis).
-
Weird Austrian pop band from the 80s (E.A.V.)
-
Jpop.
Take your pick.

Oh! Me too! I also love me some string quartet covers of metal songs.
Here are several different types of weird. They’re not all on the same playlist.
Autechre - Second Bad Vilbel
Jan Böhmermann - Faschismus is Back
Adriano Celentano - Prisencolinensinainciusol
Too Many Zooz - Noda
Moon Hooch - Tubes, Number 9, Bari 3
Hiromi Uehara - Canon in D
2CELLOS - Thunderstruck
Captain Tractor - The Last Saskatchewan Pirate
The Arrogant Worms - Carrot Juice is Murder
MaxNormal TikTikTik. MaxNormal is a weird culty band, and TikTikTik is a strange song about not doing meth
My wife tells me I have “David Lynch taste in music,” and while that sounds like a compliment to me, she does not mean it to be one.
Kate Bush’s Suspended in Gaffa
Dresden Dolls’ Coin-Operated Boy
Random smattering of Eurovision picks, Who The Hell is Edgar by Teya and Salena (Austria) is a hilarious banger and commentary on Spotify profits to artists. Also, No Rules by Windows95man was pure brilliance.
Power metal classics and a few covers of 80s hits.
TV theme songs, but the full full 3-4 minute song.
Weird Al's Hamilton Polka is top tier.
Plus some Disco era A and B sides, West African old school "palm wine music," songs from a few musicals including the Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode.
You know, just, like, normal stuff.
Ween's entire discography. Including the unreleased jingle they did for Domino's.
Huh, that's a tough one. I have three whole playlists of increasingly weird stuff, so it's hard to narrow it down to one. Maybe something by French TV or Henry Cow? I'll have to listen through it later to find the stuff that barely counts as music.
Edit: yeah that's a really tough one, I really like weird music. Here's a sampler I guess, a few different varieties of "weird":
Help, I'm a Rock - The West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band
Kissing Toads Again - Jan Two-Sleeves
The Secret Life of Walter Riddle - French TV
Lime Jelly Grass - Renaldo & The Loaf
The World Of Genius Hans - Moving Gelatine Plates
Adagio Ma Non Troppo - Charles Mingus
Musique Mecanique I - The Carla Bley Band
Lick My Decals Off Baby - Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band
I'll Never Shed Another Tear - Stash Wyslouch
I've got a thing for avante-jazz.
Check out the following artists:
- Little Big
- Tommy Cash
- Salvatore Ganacci
- Oliver Tree
- Die Antwoord
- Venetian Snares
- Lonely Island
- John Lajoie
Dog Fashion Disco. I call it Circus-core. It's too dark and offensive to be taken seriously by most people, but it's got some good music behind it. And I once got to see them in a bar with a $10 cover. Fantastic show!
I do not have a unique weirdest song. It's hard to decide. I will left this in this comment.
Van Morrison - Ring Worm
Big Enough, unironically.
A lot of people would consider Jon Bellion or AJR wierd.
I think the weirdest stuff I have would be from YTMND, you're the man now dog.

Xenu fights back https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rsLle83oZ0w
A bunch of Haywood banks songs for sure
Ahh, my christmas playlist
Rudolph the Coked Out Reindeer - Kamikazi
Pretty much any Christmas song from them tbh. Best version of Jingle Bells, Batman Smells.
Melancholic Crossroads I like loads of her stuff. Current favourite is WW3 but she does slower stuff
I’m the Supervisor - Infected Mushroom
I honestly recommend everything from them if you’re looking for unique sound. The He.art album by Astrix also has some weird.
Enigma also has some great soundscapes. My personal favorite album is MCMX A.D.
