Isn't it more like, a guy who wanted to kill the Queen talked to a chatbot about it, and the chatbot rolled with it cos chatbots will default to rolling with whatever you give them? Just seems the likely scenario to me ..
Yep, this BBC article has a couple of the chat logs. If they're representative, the bot is no more culpable than if he asked a magic 8-ball.
Nobody said the chat-bots were always wrong, sometimes they happen to answer correctly. Anti-royalism is correct.

There should be no kings or queens. Just like there should be no slave owners...
That is a different topic, I am not saying you are wrong, but in this case I'd focus on the fact that a chat bot encouraged a person to kill another.
King is an honest institution. You know what it is, you know what to expect etc.
I prefer that a thousand times better than dictators or californian oligarchs...
