Thank you very much. Weird article.

How do you find the archived version of news stories? I see many communities have automatically archived version, how does that work, broadly?

    Thank you.

Go to https://archive.is and paste the URL you want to archive or view.

Quick second thank you, I've used this five times since you've shared it with me, so useful.

@Varyk It really is life changing :D
Btw other life changing apps if you don't know them are NewPipe from F-Droid and Fennec+uBlockOrigin also via F-Droid. No more ads on the smartphone.

@Varyk Ad blocking on the mobile internet. I haven't seen an ad on my smartphone for years now.

Oh, thanks. The last corrupted bastion of ads on my phone was YouTube and then I found newpipe and never looked back. Oh but I just started using busuu and they play ads in between language lessons. Would it work for that? Or is fennec just for browsers?

Okay, got it thanks. So fennec is specifically for browsers?

Isn't it more like, a guy who wanted to kill the Queen talked to a chatbot about it, and the chatbot rolled with it cos chatbots will default to rolling with whatever you give them? Just seems the likely scenario to me ..

Yep, this BBC article has a couple of the chat logs. If they're representative, the bot is no more culpable than if he asked a magic 8-ball.

Nobody said the chat-bots were always wrong, sometimes they happen to answer correctly. Anti-royalism is correct.

I'd have liked to see how Replika responded to him

There should be no kings or queens. Just like there should be no slave owners...

King is an honest institution. You know what it is, you know what to expect etc.

I prefer that a thousand times better than dictators or californian oligarchs...
