While Nvidia has not confirmed anything about the Switch 2, the T239 chip was first outed in 2021. However, the T239 has been name-checked in several subsequent leaks, including documents from the 2022 Nvidia hack. Based on these leaks, the T239 resembles an adaptation of the T234 chip from one of Nvidia's Jetson automotive modules.
