its too easy to get banned, especially if you made a new accounts, those get shadowbanned the fastest, also your dormant accounts you suddenly use can also get a ban.

for me it was publicfreakouts, and just a random front page posts with thousands of comments didnt know i was banned, funny how they can detect your ban and instantly permaban all accounts but they still show the subreddit your banned from to your alts

its gonna suck for like a month but eventually youll realize you're better off without it, like reddit 7 years ago was what I liked., lemmy is closer to that, digg has a better chance of being what reddit used to be lol

For a while I was working under another email account, but the ban police eventually found me.

Thing that bothers me is that I got a warning because I’d mentioned that it’d be nice if Trump stroked out. Everything after that was just “fuck Trump and those who voted for him” comments.

I’m not going to keep trying to circumvent it it’s annoying.

I may sound paranoid, but yeh, I think the zio's lurking on r/palestine decided my fate bc I was among the top 1% commenters on there....out of nowhere, I got permanently banned for a comment I didn't make on a 7 day old posting that one person complained my non-comment was hate speech against a vulnerable minority.....the post was about zionist settlers, so I'm guessing they must be the vulnerable minority? What a joke!

You'll need a new email, that doesn't link back to your original. Then use a phone/laptop/etc. that also isn't synched to your normal hardware, and has never previously accessed reddit. In other words, complete stealth/anonymity. Anything that can link to your original account will get you kicked out.

That's the only way I can think of - I tried lesser methods, but within 30 mins they'd pick me up and boot me out, lol!

I've deleted my account now, so there's no going back, and tbh, I quite like lemmy 🙂.
