Is there going to be a second rush on ivermectin?

there's no specific treatment for a rat lungworm infection. No anti-parasitic drugs have proven effective, and, in fact, there's some evidence they can make symptoms worse by spurring more immune responses to dying worms. For now, supportive treatment, pain medications, and steroids are typically the only options.

So yes, and it will be just as useless.

Brain worms in Florida, Alabama etc wouldn't cause much damage anyway.

You know what? I'm proud of that worm. He's going places

So if I'm in Florida don't eat raw slugs? I guess I have to change my holiday plans.

Really don't like the idea of a worm crawling around in my brain idly for a couple of months, though maybe it could tidy up a bit and eat a few cringe memories.
