More credible number is: 3.9 million in Ukraine, 3.3 million in Russia, and 1.3 million in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan being the highest per capita. Holomodor is a Ukrainian word used specifically to politically get US and its colonies to validate Ukrainian nationalist hatred.
