Not any more. Good soldiers have to know how to use some pretty f*ckin' complicated technology these days. Angry sexless uneducated men (young or old) are suitable only for meat waves like Russia uses.

A Trump Army©®™ engaged in an indiscriminate campaign of guerilla/uban warfare and random acts of terrorism don't need complicated tech.

They need to cause fear and damage.
