I went with idiotproof watercooling for the CPU and a mid-range quiet-type cabinet and it's whisper-quiet and well within optimal temperature range even at high load.

Watercooling: Shark Gaming BloodFreezer 120 RGB

Cabinet: Cooler Master Silencio S600
