The CDC states something like 30% of my state (Utah) is obese, which is quite surprising given how outdoorsy we are generally in this state. I don't know the solution here, other than not becoming obese myself. I personally am right at the border between normal and overweight, and I'm trying to drop a bit to stay on the healthier end of the spectrum. What's odd is that most people call me "skinny" or "thin," when I'm actually almost overweight. permalink fedilink source parent
