Person running in the gutter lane. Sidewalks in this area look fucking rough (thanks, car centric transportation!). What’s mildly infuriating is the asshole taking a picture WHILE operating a motor vehicle.

They move faster than walkers and overtaking them is a non issue. I do have a problem with large families using our new wide dedicated bike lanes as their own personal sidewalk though. They really tempt me to fit a car horn onto my bike again...
