In that context, as horses are endowed with such a phallus as large as your arm, one could be forgiven for the fascination. Fascination does not equate with action however. I have an autistic fascination with trains, which also represent power. That doesn't mean that I want to fornicate with one. I mean, how would you even approach a train for that?
