With what army??? I'm hearing reports that russia is running out of modern tanks, and losing them faster than they can build them.

    They've been out of modern tanks for a good while now. Those turtle tanks everyone started seeing ended up being just shit APC....minus the armor part. Turrets wouldn't even work. They're running on fumes at this point, but even small arms kill people
