I think she was the awful human being, and you didn't owe your parents shit, especially toxic ones. Just because your parents brought you into the world (without your consent) doesn't mean you have to put up with them. I say this as someone who has a good relationship with my parents, and have a kid, who I hope will want me in their life when they grow up.

Want me to play you the voicemail she left me where she disowned me? Or should I just forward you the eMails where she told me I was a fool who would be dead soon from the COVID vaccine? Or should I tell you about all the crazy and insane bullshit she insisted was fact before screaming at me and hanging up the phone on me?
