    I've been using the Erostek ET232. It's pricy but designed for this purpose. I wouldn't recommend an actual medical device, they don't tend to get the job done.

    I guess that depends on how you define "unusual"! I think most people that are into this agree that a good unit/setup can bring "hands free" orgasms. Meaning, no other stimulation necessary.
