Also should a Pic of a toilet be considered NSFW?

Perhaps you could say how American toilets flush.. presumably they're sufficiently different that they don't work like what you posted ?

Lever on the side usually, internals for residential and commercial comodes are very different. Most arn't super water efficent, but maintenance can be done by just about anyone. (American here, Euro style toilets are just better)
