Have we not watched the same video? The man put out numbers detailing the employee turnover rate, benefits package, and even security footage detailing that his employees are not being overworked. Did you not watch the video? His turnover rate is BELOW Canadian average, meaning his employees haven't quit at the rate Canadian employees have on average. His benefits packages for his employees are ABOVE MANY Fortune 500 companies. His employees are not being forced to work overtime. Your premise has no weight, with the currently available evidence (the investigations may change that, but we don't know for a fact currently).
