Wouldn't "Restore Fatigue" mean it makes you more tired?

    In proper English? Yes.

    In the world of Elder Scrolls? No.

    Oh alright, so I assume "fatigue" being at 0 means you're tired and full means you aren't?

    Yeah. Instead of calling it "stamina" they call it "fatigue." It's been somewhat of a joke since back in the days of Morrowind. The way they use "encumbered" is also grammatically incorrect in the games.
