Yes, they mostly are. We have few dogs little shy if strangers, but in general when you enter the dogyard, you'll get surrounded by everyone wanting cuddles. We do summer kennel tours, the dogs begin to howl from excitement when someone arrives.Icemn especially likes very small children.
