Need help, I'm getting error when I try to install this script keyboard chattering (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

Is there any way to fix this issue, Or any other method to fix the chattering issue on Ubuntu. I tried bounce key - not quite good.

On Debian I think it would actually be sudo apt-get install python3-libevdev, the thing is called evdev, not ev.
