One group talked about interspecies intercourse with various other stories and mythologies where characters transform into animals and fuck, and used Bear as a modern example. I can't quite remember the link they made but I remember I found the argument more valid for obligate nonreproductive members of a species evolving but not necessary homosexuality in and of itself.
