If the church actually gave to the poor, they could write it off on their taxes. The fact that they are tax exempt means that these churches are taking advantage of the benefits of society while giving back nothing in return

    This how its always have been... And that ain't even the worst of in as many relious organization are fronts for abuse of children. And it seems there is jack shit society will do about it. They operate above the law across countries.
