Joke's on them; I disabled history a long time ago, so YouTube can't recommend things to me now.

    Hello, fellow "fuck you and your privacy settings" homepage enjoyer.

    Seriously though, it makes me quite irrationally angry that they still have this shitty passive aggressive message on the homepage years after. Just give me my subscriptions feed instead ffs.

    Lol yeah, "Recommendations not looking right to you? Turn on history for better ones!" Uh, no, I'd rather see more videos related to what I'm currently watching and not have my feed full of videos related to something I had a passing interest in in the past. If I want to go back on an old dive, I can use the search function.

    Any mechanism you use to increase my engagement is attempting to monopolize my time for your profit (well, joke's on you, my ad blocker still works and I'll just stop using YouTube if you do manage to "force" me to watch ads).
