I get the sentiment but fuck.. every time I see this type of comment it makes it seem as though women are meek powerless individuals it’s like backhanded feminism

    The point is the gender doesn't matter at all. The power dynamic is the core of the problem

    Okay fair enough, but stating it like that means that it’s impossible for anyone to fight against that? So once again people have no agency?
