37,5h work week, I wish. Although I have 6 weeks guaranteed vacation, one extra day for night shifts and 2 regeneration days which are basically vacation days

I got 9 weeks vacation, work 38 hours. That's why unions matter.

Yeah I was guessing that part. It's 37.5 for me in DK. Still waiting for the 4 day work-week.
