Die empfohlenen 4μg pro Tag? Wo kauft ihr das? Ich habe noch keine 4μg Dosis gefunden. edit: über lases bin ich auf https://www.nature-love.de/products/vitamin-b12-tropfen-50-ml-mit-1000-mcg-pro-tagesdosis-1-tropfen gestoßen. Die hier vorgeschlagenen Mittel sind im Vergleich recht teuer. Hat jemand (langzeit) Erfahrung mit denen gemacht?
