We actually used to have a problem with them reaching out on Reddit. The Youtube community as well had to keep reporting it. They are a lot like pedophiles, they will introduce the topic and elicit opinions but what they were really doing was trying to drive likeminded people to their youtubes which were sort of gateways to the other stuff. As for the specificity it's the same sort of structure as the SEA child abuse livecam rings insofar as the organizer outsources it to SEA countries where they have easier access to victims.
