Is it just Democrats or was it a bipartisan deal? do you have any links to support the claim?

If a Republican was in power, would it be bad or worse for Palestinians?

It would be the same. When it comes to matters of maintaining the Empire, both parties are the same (although Republicans tend to overestimate its power in ridiculous ways, ironically hastening its decline).

On domestic issues there's slight differences like who runs the EPA, NLRB, FTC, etc.

Who's blocking the majority of legislation the ruling party is trying to enact? Republicans.

Nope can't deflect to the Republicans this time; Democrats overwhelmingly voted to send munitions to an active ongoing genocide.

None of this addresses the fact they actively support the genocide. You can post as much as you want about the republicans being worse but i'm not telling you to vote for the republicans, i'm telling you not to vote for genocide. Passively supporting evil is still supporting evil.
