Can anyone help with my VLC issue? (feddit.uk)

I have set up VLC to grab screengrabs and it isn't doing it. It did do it a few days ago but today with the same settings and same file, nothing. Even made a new folder.

It appears to have fixed itself.

Thanks, that is to do it manually. I am trying to get it to do it automatically again.
